No dislike working at lic jobs. I am a enjoy this job. I am good experience . But most important points insurance advisor no salary commission based job. I like lic.

...es and more benefits from mutual fund.So many people thinking this long period . some people I loss my money from lic ,we have to pay two years but they are not giving back my money.this is my survey till now.

As a Lic worker in 6 years GOOD experience but job was not secured.

.... No experience certificate allow by company and not deducted any PF in 6 years. Also not given salary slip. CARIER ALSO BACK 6 YEAR

There is a heavy workload of getting policies and sales which is very tough to get popicies on dailg basis to achieve target.

...upportive teammates. There is a huge cafe. And also gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fàir and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only slow career growth and no pension for agents.
