Even with so much changes going on ,Allen is really one of the better places you can work on. Obviously some aspects depends upon the Centre you are in but some old centres are really good for work life balance and quality work.

... policy. 2.Trust on Employees who are with them for years,shouldn't go down. 3.Commitment to Salary during hiring should be fulfilled, Deduction in the name of X,Y,Z reason shouldn't happen.

Compensation for holidays given during festivals Academic counselor roles and other extra works are given to faculty which is not expected . Dress code. Phone calls, too many PTMs

Job security is not there , promotion are not there, salary is not in crease no in crements for JL S

Very comfortable job, seniors are supportive, work environment is good, with this job I can concentrate on my study too..

Salary should be increase with time, we can't earn 1-3 months after completing a semester.
