Mostly the hike is low after we entered into office and when we are in notice we will not get salary but after we resigned, the final settlement will be there include notice period, make employees bit sad..

Salary is average for freshers but for experienced people they give you more hike than other service based companies. Work life balance depends on project to project but it's overall good. No one will disturb you after 6 pm and on weekends because there are very matured peoples working here.

Employee Benefits are poor. They wouldn't provide you gifts on special occasions like Diwali, New Year etc.

Terrible micro management managers , do not join like they expect you to extend weekends and they threaten if you don't work , be careful and think twice before joining

It's good company for freshers and as well as experienced. As a fresher ctc and salary are better than other mnc's.
