Job security, decent pay for lateral hires , free food in cafeteria although questionable is quality.

Dislikes

Highly fragmented jobs with huge churn ratio , Career advancement is slow or non existent, too heavy managerial layer just for people management. Most of the new hire top management come with a service industry mindset and probably just plan to retire peacefully. Poor decision makers and no leverage ( at mercy of main sites). Key work still executed in main sites and not in India, Way too slow and burdened by internal processes for enhancements and rollouts.

The company culture is amazing. Employees are treated well and had a good work life balance.

The salary provided is less compared to other peers. Work is monotonous and gets boring after sometime.

Financial growth of existing employees. Pay package and deaignation should be based on rolls and responsibilities so that real performers are encouraged. Currently it's based on years of experience.
