It is a great company for learning, pay is also good, however work pressure is quite high. And chance of promotion is low

I did not even notice a lose of a single penny by any mean, salary and other important reimbursements are approved on time. For freshers they provide one month rigorous training on SAS, SQL and Excel also on methodology of statistical modeling

Preferential treatment for IIT/IIMs over NITs in terms of compensation and work responsibilities. If you are from NIT are equivalent college stay for a year or two learn as much as you can and move out.

If you ever tried applying a government job but never got one. This is the one which can make you feel like government job except opportunity, salary hikes, recognition and other stuff which is needed to be at least a human.

Dislikes

All upper management are opportunistic too much politics and most of all they all are thugs. This company is wonderful but the management is pathetic. They are like chain snatchers, pocket picker not humanistic wise but behaviour wise

EXL is one the best employer in the current time. When I joined EXL 8 years back, I never thought of staying here for this long. However my experience with them has been exceptional. The best thing about EXL is the job security. In the current world when nothing is predictable, we can certainly say that EXL provides that stability and comfort among it's employee's. We have ample learning opportunities here. I did my green belt certification and other P&C related certification in EXL itself. Great company to work with.
