Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . Company policies are good .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dislikes

1) Salary Hikes & Promotions are slow. 2) Multiple tasks & roles are assigned to single person at a time which tends the individual to stretch them to meet the deadlines.

Salary never late and reimbursement is easy .

No training and skill inhancrment . Appreciation is very low . 1000 rupee you will get only incase of tough project .
