Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

...ave to work for 12-14 hours in day and still threating you each and every time . There is no hike no increment everytime they are trying to fool you. Managment is very rude everytime they threating only one of the badest thing is that if you work in globa logic then there is no endevaour for your future you will still work with same salary and same work because the experience is not countable for other company

Most shift changes happen once every 3 months. They give limit free service of vending machine and 2 time meal provided in day shift.

Dislikes

Food quality is worst. Salary deduction is a regular scheme for no good reason. Process change happens frequently which hurdles in better incriment percentage.
