1. Management is unable to adapt to changing business environment because of which they are unable to get new business. This thus hamper's employee's job security. 2. At the time of peak business requirements employees are forced to work on weekends for months. Compensation is provided for weekend working but no option is given to opt out. 3. Medical insurance does not cover parents.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good salary is not quite good job stability is not sure.

Team Lead and team mates are very supportive and helpful. Work shift timing. Paid salary on time.

Job securities are very bad. they not think about their employee's career and their families.

SitusAMC is good in terms of Salary Hike and Increments. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

Few Team Leads and Managers don't deserve their position. Some don't even know proper basic English. Donkey work is more appreciated than Qualification and Skills.
