I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Growth is slow and also in terms of compensation which is not that much remarkable.The facilities related to employees is average.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Company gives every opportunity for learning and career growth. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work life balance part needs to be worked out.
