... food supply during this crisis is provided free to all from factory canteen. Employees not coming to factory is also given full salary. Employee who travel or in close contact to any traveller (relative ,friends etc) has been quarantine for 14 day's & after all covoid test reports negative allow to come to factory. Dispite of factory primises,hospitals, police station, markets, colonies which are nearby factory area also stepped up sanitation .

I have not benefits as per my qaulification & experiences ,but senior management give me satisfaction in future.

It's great to work such friendly environment.. But not expect increment more than 5% or promotion..

Salary structure is not that good.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are average.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It provides tranings , good safety practice in work, organises cultural event

Politics, less salary compared to market
