Good thing is job safety, work load is not much,food available in company.

...ur knowledge, only repetition work is there,not a personal mind u need to use. Punch in time is fix u can't be late by 1 minutes otherwise half day salary cut, but punch out time is not fix, u need to be stay as long as work is not completed, they not count how much late u go.

No proper hierarchy, no grade system, unorganised pay structures, poor work life balance.

Torrent power have good working life. U can learn lot of thing i.e commercial & technical knowledge of distribution system.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good for beginners.work pressure is very high sometimes.
