Not all business units are thriving due to poor management and lack of fruitful decision making. 3. Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.

Less base salary and less hikes(Good if you join with a decent initial package). Many projects are of project managements. If you wish to be in tech roles very few options available.
