Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hope that company will bring some measures to overcome this. More interaction should happen between HR and employees.

Training process is horrible trainers are doing micromonitering for newly joined employees in training period

There is some politics and career growth is slow. Salary is less compare to industry average.

We are in this area where very goods price are very high and no one leave in smal salary package. But Muthoot provide non respective salary in month basis and that was not better

Only support and parcelty with North Indian and south Indian this the biggest think which recommend you for non working culture.. And there is only support karla people and only advantage for them only.... No matter of talent or good or right only just support kerla people........
