Poor management. Always have to work overtime. Sometimes they even delay the salary too. Sometimes they always treat you like a slave too.(Not gonna lie).

Work culture, office environment, overall it feels like working in top mnc. Pay scale is very good for freshers compared with other companies..

As a 3d artist, amazon is not a great. Mostly we have to do routine work.. There is less chance to learn new skills.

Nothing new to learn from here for any artist, no scope for quality work as 3d artist, you have to just produce more in less time no matter what quality it is.

High work pressure.people need to work night shift or sometime day shift. Each employee need to take average points if it continuesly u r not taken points u r out from this company. Hike will depend upon ur points .
