I like my team which is different from other teams.
Dislikes
Salary is not upto the experience and there is no reasonable hike. Internal politics is there and moreover career growth is tooo slow.

I worry about the Compensation part which is very slow and some higher officials politics are there. No recognition for experienced employees.
