It varies from project to projects, but in my experience everything was smooth. Excellent work environment with flexibility Very supportive colleagues Lot of learning opportunities No toxicity in my team I am in a dev role , experiences might be different with any other role specially support role.

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Good work space to experience in tcs as the company is good if the team members and team lead are good then it's great to work with tcs Thanks to the team that I have been working in tcs

Nothing as it seems to be good culture but regarding salary the increments won't happen immediately but it takes years to build an intrest and earn the increments as per my knowledge

Means saturday are not off also as devloper after you are handling all the code you should get more importance

I worked here for 3+years Only one positive thing u will get salary time to time.

No increment, no incentives, no promotion Finally understanding is missing from management side🙂
