...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policices are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary isdecent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is given to new joinees.

It is a company where your hard work will pay off...if you hava a talant then you will get promotion time by time..i joined this company as a fqc ( lowest designation in quality ) but I did well time by time and I got promotion and in last I was ipqc leader ..

Salary increment is poor ..
