I joined as a fresher and I liked the training part the most. Work life balance is there most of the times. Work ethics and culture is amazing

Appraisal is very less, Salary is decent but I feel growth is slow. Rest I dont have anything as of now.

...eams. People have a very supportive culture here. Management is not pretty good. However salary or appraisal is something the company needs to revise. Other wise fantastic work environment, culture and one of the best companies to start your career with.

Little politics in teams among higher management. Compensation is something the needs to take care. Rest all is good.
