Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.
