As an Employee, I feel very proud to work with an Accenture. Work culture is very good. The Manager, supervisor and the team are always supportive when we can approach them with any queries or concerns. I am always very excited and feels happy to be part of this organization.

...me with better percentage Need to provide timely market correction Instead of hiring new employees and provide them high package first have connect with employees already doing employment in organisation and motivate them by giving good percentage hike to retain them.

Dislikes

They are not helping if you want to do any certification course. They are not even paying 50% variable pay, which they promised at the time of joining. Salary hike and promotion are very slow. I am working here since 1.5 year and I just got 6% hike yet.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

Dislikes

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.
