I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. 1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.
