The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Salary Feminism (promoting female candidates only) Favouritism The higher management doesn't really bother about the policies they mold it for their favourite resource Management behaviour issue

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Fixed shift & weekends off for great work life balance Enjoy Uk holidays off even when they fall on weekends get compensated on next working day Flexible work hours with 9 hours workday Extending working hours are not encouraged Friendly and positive atmosphere among colleagues Approachable managers Sick leave and planned leave are not hard to get approved

Salary for operations associates not high Increments rates are comparatively low High importance to female employees as there more female employees so growth is prioritized to females Switching the designation can a bit hassle Over the time if can get process printed without getting to learn the real skills for outer world

Job security almost there if you wish to stay there (comfortable with minimum salary ) Desert mein paani pilane wale ..... Company acchi hai, management accha nahi hai. Jab aap financial crisis ya mentally tut chuke ho....Dusre job se hairan/depress ho gaye ho.... to WNS job de deti hai....Acchi baat hai. ...compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. Ok salary to spend day to day kharche.... but forget about your dreams. baki toh salary dete hi companiya.... aapse kaam toh nikal hi lete hi hai Appraisal/promotion ka issue hai..... Growth nahi hai.....
