In this competitive industry, we need to implement new combination policies like pvt companies, which gives multiple benefit options to choose for customer & we need to upgrade in digital marketing/Easy ways to receive customer feedback, requests, their suggestions etc. We need to cut off those lengthy process in different sections.

Work culture, office management, dedicated customer service, salary hike, commission, no target based, internal environment, knowledge process system, supportive staff, job co-ordination, job work period no night shifts and regular training sessions to enhance my skills, no. One company in India.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Although all companies have work pressure and policy bazaar had terrible pressure. But against that they will give good amount of salary in last of month. So for me I can't say any dislike because if companies paying you in lacs they expect good amount of business also.
