...us, we need to complete basic target - can be achieved easily to retain licence. We as agents, upon reaching membership target's, we receive bonus, advances & other benefits.

In this competitive industry, we need to implement new combination policies like pvt companies, which gives multiple benefit options to choose for customer & we need to upgrade in digital marketing/Easy ways to receive customer feedback, requests, their suggestions etc. We need to cut off those lengthy process in different sections.

My teammates are nice,helpful.gives training about saving plans.safe environment for girls.working hours is appraochable for ladies & all Moms

If advisor have not insurance case for sale ,so salary is zero it is a big problem otherwise all good

Although all companies have work pressure and policy bazaar had terrible pressure. But against that they will give good amount of salary in last of month. So for me I can't say any dislike because if companies paying you in lacs they expect good amount of business also.
