HIkes . salary package is not good for freshers. it will increase with 8% of basic salary which is very less. if u have experience u can come up with good package

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.
