...dedicated team within the projects ( even projects as large as with 300 people). Quarterly bonus is almost certain to be zero at 12+ yr experience levels. Old school mentality still exists in TCS, where wearing Jeans is a crime on weekdays. Male employees still do not get official paternity leave ( when needed they apply other available leaves)

...rs are like arrogant bosses, they cannot toleryone word against their decisions. Quarterly bonus is virtually non existent at 13+ yr experience levels

Job Security is good. Appraisal might be less but u have other opportunities by giving exams u can take more compensation than appraisal

I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

Dislikes

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

All very good company and outstanding job security and all people are good and HR is very helpful and Manger are very professional.

Nothing only less salary hike
