No Work Life balance. 👎 SALARY/ COMPENSATION - very low, no proper hikes though. (As compared to Industry standards) Appraisals - decent. Career Growth - At Snails pace! No timely Promotions. Night Shift Allowance - PEANUTS - ₹1500 Rotational shifts BIG NO. ✖️✖️✖️ No proper KT. Working on weekends. No Calendar holidays. No proper Recognition for Hard Work. Min Resource Max Output Algorithm. (1:3) Attrition Rate - Highest. (Every 6-8 months one can expect) No two-way cab.
