I love working with my teammates. The salary is really good and there isn't much work as well.

Job timing is too long. The team manager isn't that good.

They have provided students throughout the lockdown and even afterwards. We are back on track successfully

The only thing i frown is the hour pay which should definitely increase with experience of trainer. We put in all possible efforts to get good results and it will be very motivating if this is considered as the years of a trainer in the organisation also increases

The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

...to say she is fabulous in all terms and is understanding enough in all respects. There are good options for bonus and all but you just have to grab those and follow certain rules and regulations of the organisation. Holidays was the only problem to maintain the balance between work and personal life otherwise it is a good organisation.
