Its a very good company to work with. P&O cruises take care of their employee and guest very well. Safety and well-being is their first priority. Very friendly atmosphere. We are like a family. Even in this pandemic P&O cruises keeps on updating whats going on in the company. Everything is transparent.

Dislikes

To be honest slow hike in pay and slow growth. We are sure that top management in the office will be not aware what’s happening in ship management level. Lots of favouritism in case of promotion. Rest all is fine

Great place to work. Job security but a bit less salary then other cruise lines but of course you don't have that much of work pressure and company takes care of everything.
