Salary compensation is not upto standard for existing employees and who are joining now a days have good package. Market standard revision for existing employees is not fair.

Job Security is good. Appraisal might be less but u have other opportunities by giving exams u can take more compensation than appraisal

- excellent work life balance - Slow in adopting new technology, but always there is a move in adopting new techs - very high job security - yearly appraisal(march) equivalent to other companies(5% - 14% for without promotion)

Dislikes

- Distance from the city is a big con - no variable policy - its not a con - only bonus of around 6000Rs, only if your basic is less than 21000Rs. - No free transportation(Now-a-days, no companies are providing this). Monthly 2200Rs. - irrespective of your distance(only AC buses). Transportation charge for Train travelers alone will be reimbursed.
