Good work environment and culture. But back office management is not transparent. Company policies are good, but in the PF management are not supportive it's unsatisfied his work..

There is a lot of politics in the management side. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is no respect for senior employees. No salary appraisals for employees. No laptops to work. All work can do from phone only. No job security

The company recognised and appreciated hard work. In my 2 years never faced any problem regarding any personal or professional issue. Bosses are supportive and company pro employee.

The appraisals and compensation could have been better and there was disparity in positions of different people with similar background and experience.

...high number of business in terms of logins issuance and make our customer happy. But even though company is not given the proper compensation.
