Everything thing in army is excellent

Salary is good. But allowances are low. Work pressure is high. Sometimes required to do work for 24 hrs. Administrators don't value individuals unique strengths.

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.
