Seniors Manipulate Juniors & Give Them Fake promise about their Promotion & Appairasel. Seniors only complete their Target by juniors with fake promise & Upper Management never take follow up from ground level

No other company gives as much increment as this company gives. Salary credit is available before 31st. And not like company who give less salary and give some salary later in the name of incentive.

Promotion happens after many years.

good work and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

there is a lot of politics and the management does,t address our issues. salary is decent but career growth our slow

There is no growth. Not working time. Work is very hard and they don't give like that salary. That's my experience.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 14/18 hours straight in a day as have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I m so disturbed.
