Very good journey in last 13 years in Kotak bank in all terms. Everything is fine but Kotak is low pay master comparison to other top 03 Pvt. Banks

...tak. Working in Kotak helps you to become a businees man even if you are in job. But because it is low pay master, people switch their jobs.

..., management, colleagues, bosses are very considerate, approachable and helpful.Only concern is it's appraisal and salary hike. It's not that great and is not in accordance with any specific measures.

...mahindra bank I'm feeling a great. Because Company is very secure for Employees. Because during the covid situations no payment cut of, no employees reduced. Payment is time to time pay by Company. Managers are very supportive with HR department. Only some branches operations staff are not supported sometimes, I think they thinking is divided one think is operations department and another think is sales department and whenever if sales department person if they have any kind if help from operations but that time operations staff not to support.

I thing no word about this question, But Operation department staff are not supporting if you argently help any kind of documentation regarding, they saying to come after some time and after sometime coming at they say another reasons.
