Overall good, good work environment and culture, company policies are good, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...roblem I given the resignation..I wanted a certificate but they didn't gave me..I told them I will pay for 24 hours resignation but they didn't provide the certificate.

Salary will be given at first. But OT overtime pay is not given .

...f ur not willing to do duty u can resign .mam is to rude nursing superintendent.they won't respond quickly,if any thing is not done or not arranged properly they ask u to shall I hold the salary .torcher
