Vodafone Idea (and erstwhile Vodafone which I was part of) is a good company to work with and culturally one of the finest companies one can get associated with. Learning is immense (if one is gets the right boss), mutually respectful, open culture and quite a mix of energetic individuals.

Dislikes

Increments were quite ordinary and promotions are scarce. Moreover, with the new banding structure launched in 2019 there was absolute confusion around as Grade and Pay were not in sync in many cases. Hope it's much better now

Best part is the environment in the team. Everyone is very co-operative in my team and even in the service line. managers are also co-operative. My manager is super awesome. No micro management. You finish/dnt delay your work. That's the requirement. If you don't know, speak up you will get help. Training is also provided on demand. Work life balance is very good. One most work here if get a chance. Over all I rate Vodafone very high. Nice working here.

Dislikes

Not much dislikes I can say. Salary part is little behind. But appraisal is very good and better than most of the company.
