Compensation at same level is huge diffrence ,junior may get double package than senior level employee,those who r working for long sarvice were getting less salary than new comers with multiple company experience

Company is overall good. Work culture at organization level is good. Appreciation and pay are at or bit above the industry average.

Work culture is bad in some departments depending upon your boss. Learning and growth is comparatively less in most of the cases. Also many a times have to work after office hours or on weekends.

No any appropriation of completed task and no any salary band same level person having to much different range. Rotation of work not happening so person feel bored to do same work from long time.
