The department heads are always reluctant to communicate with employees sitting on the lower level of the hierarchy.

Work culture is very cool like puts the earphones and continues your task.

Most of the employees are under-paid and getting low salary as per their skills.

They put some employees on Furlough but thankfully I was not in that list. They also deducted salary of employees whose salary is more than 30,000.

The Team Leaders are inefficient and lack empathy. Favouritism and licking culture due to some old employees. Rest every things is fine. If you manage to butter people, you will survive happily here.
