The salaries, salary hikes are not upto the mark. Internal politics is a major concern. Every process is the burden of user itself. No proper work distribution, no defined processes, poor food quality, poor holiday policies.

Working in reddys was very nice opportunity for me to develop my skills, knowledge. The working environment was so friendly. Women employees are well treated. If any chance is there I will work again with drreddys
