An airline with staff who are empathetic, understanding towards each other. Everyone is helpful and goal oriented.Customer was always first.

Only 12 pass Cabin crew were given managerial positions with higher salary than a qualified existing staff in the same department. Young staff were recruited with higher salaries and given the opportunity to learn under an old experienced staff who earns lesser.

Salary on time. Perquisites are very good.

No proper employee appraisal. Work politics. Disorganised. Salary and hikes not up to the mark

Biased, Very poor work culture, Warning letters for small to small mistakes, leaves doesn’t get approved, lot’s of favourism

It's how you take it.. for me every company has it's own flaws.. if I say something disliking bout Qatar AIRWAYS it's wrong to say that, given me an opportunity to work that's the greatest of all, many people want to be there but can't, but I was chosen. Qatar AIRWAYS is the best and will be the best according to me
