Salary and appraisal are very low and workload High.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Comapny policies are not good,appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary hike.

Good but staff behavior is very bad,as well as interference of another section staff.Genius person can't work freely in the company Management people not paying attention on that matters.Hr not respond to the employee health, complaint.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 months after resign you can not release the company.

Low package employee transfer to other cities from home town to other town its very hard to service in low salaried person
