Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.

Likes

Team i work with is very friendly and people are very concerned with the work what we do. Timeliness and accuracy is what celebrates the work the team.

Dislikes

Well the team is nice and well organised but few aspects of the organization like salary and stuff is what makes me dislike it.

Learning and enhancing the skill sets.

Dislikes

Work culture and salary structures need to be improved. Job security is not there , as one can be thrown out anytime it they think there is buffer of employees.

-There is no much cuttings in salary which they mentioned in offer letter. -Employee insurance policy is good.

Dislikes

-Work preasure hits above the avg level (Depends on the team you work for). -Only one day WFH, again it is depends on the team you work for)
