Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

...ons from management, systems are of 1980 very technological backward company. Cost cuts are very evident

Flexibility to work from home. The organisation continue to follow hybrid model

Salary is less compared to peers and the promotion increment is very less.

-There is no much cuttings in salary which they mentioned in offer letter. -Employee insurance policy is good.

Dislikes

-Work preasure hits above the avg level (Depends on the team you work for). -Only one day WFH, again it is depends on the team you work for)
