Good company, Excellent colleagues, Good role, No politics. Salary is always credited on time and better than what market offers for freshers. You won’t even get in-hand starting salary of 22k in TCS or Wipro. And most important, company is pretty stable, without any investment, so bro, you won’t get an email saying “Laid off” unlike Byju’s or unacademy.

There is too much competition in FO role. There are perks also, but you should be someone who wants to work hard and grow.

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

Working culture is very boring and must pressur be like manger will more pressure me how to you do bussiness and conversion

Seniors are working 3 or 4 years experience candidates y company removed sir this is not correct company bad behaviour

Company policy are the best and pay structure is very simple unlike Indian companies. Both weekends off.

Work-Life balance is difficult to maintain due to heavy work pressure.
