Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.

A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

People sitting at leadership level are extremely toxic. Too much politics, almost no compensation hikes, the promotions are not based on credibility.
