Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.

Wipro is dream company. I spend 1 year in wipro and it was like golden days, i left because of low salary. If you are thinking to joint wipro u can joint and enjoy

Overall a good company. The culture is really great and salary always comes on time. Job security is also good.

Appraisals are hard to get and not much to be honest. Skill development is also not possible as you are working on the same position for most part of your tenure.
