Bench policy is not good.They will give salary upto 45days after that they don't give if you don't have project. Once you will get project then they will start to give salary.

Salary is credited on time. So much of scope to complete various kind of certificate. Udemy is free of cost. If your in general shift you can njoy the facilities provided by Wipro in pune camps.

...ring projects and that too with less pay scale. No appraisal from last 2 years. Variable pay gets credited every 5monts instead of 3 months and that too not 100% Pune office structure is good. But the parking and your odc office is so far, that it feels like having morning walk in camps.

Yearly hikes and veriable payment will not get 100% only 70% based on the company performance and no bonus, Management is not good

1. Appraisal and hikes 2. It's been 2 years since I started working here and still didn't received any salary hike because of company' policy 3. Promotion depends on the teams overall performance and not the individual's performance
