Good company but staff not enough other wise good salary is very low for other company almost 12000 it is not enough because new joining staff salary same and old staff salary same this is bad one change for company is salary increment otherwise no issue

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But now we are all going to through the pandamic covid 19 situation. They have been layoff of many employees in my store and they don't want support us

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL
