It's very nice company in terms of salary structure and bonus. I love this company because of brand and sustainability in all segment.

Work culture is not good. Very slow growth, only the management favourable person can get promotion every 2 two years. HR PB never consider the employees concerns, even if we share the pain points that has not been taken care.

Good place for learning and work in the flexible timings. Have great support for creativity and innovation.

Need to find higher opportunities and support in compensation.

Good work life balance, transportation facilities, insurance, and average salary compared to industry

No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions

Work environment is very good. Teammates are supportive and friendly.

No transport facilities for employees. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
