Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very good benefits and compensation.Company policies are very friendly and helps in career growth for freshers.

Few of team leaders are very rude and nothing is bothered by them regarding the team members' work satisfaction and needs..

There is lot of police's and mangement does not adress our issue salry is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job traning is not given to new joinees.
